Notice:
After careful consideration and internal review, CSRPC Management has decided to introduce a policy limiting members to one active service within Central South RPC.
This update is effective to ensure higher standards of activity, commitment, and professionalism across all departments.
Reason:
Over time, we have identified that members spread across multiple services are often unable to fully commit to each role. This can lead to reduced activity, missed training, and lower operational standards.
By limiting members to one service, we aim to promote stronger engagement, accountability, and a higher quality roleplay experience across Central South RPC.
ROMS:
Our internal systems, including ROMS, are designed to support one service account per member only.
Allowing multiple service memberships creates administrative issues, inaccurate records, and difficulties in tracking activity, training, and performance. This policy ensures consistency and fairness for all members.
Expectations:
Under this policy, members are expected to:
Choose one service they are most committed to
Maintain regular activity within that service
Attend required trainings and operations
Uphold CSRPC standards and professionalism
This change is intended to support both members and leadership teams.
Transition:
Members currently registered in multiple services will be given guidance on how to transition to a single service.
Further information will be provided by management regarding timelines and any required actions.
